# Geomembrane

An engineered impermeable polymer liner (typically HDPE, LLDPE, or PVC) used in environmental containment, pond lining, and continuous floating cover applications.

A **geomembrane** is an engineered impermeable polymer liner used in environmental containment,
pond lining, and continuous floating cover applications. Geomembranes are typically supplied as
welded sheets (HDPE, LLDPE, or PVC) that are seamed on-site into a single continuous barrier. As a
floating cover, a geomembrane provides 100% surface coverage and supports full gas capture but
requires draining for installation and anchoring against wind loads.
