What we do
EuroCover Water Systems is the European distribution and engineering partner for the patented hexagonal modular floating cover. We supply, install, and maintain covers for industrial reservoirs, tailings ponds, wastewater treatment plants, biogas digesters, agricultural storage, and potable water reservoirs.
Why we exist
The original Hexprotect® — AWTT's first self-ballasting hexagonal floating cover — was patented by AWTT, with the patent granted in 2010. Its pre-ballasted, one-piece moulded variant, Hexprotect® AQUA, has been in commercial service since 2009 — pre-dating the patent grant — and has been validated through hurricane testing, USDA evaluations, and a US Department of Energy award. The AWTT line has been deployed at scale in North America and Latin America but underserved in the EU. EuroCover exists to bring that authentic, certified, lifecycle-proven product to European water operators — alongside Hexofloat®, our own AWTT-design-approved EU-tooled hexagonal cover — with local support, EU regulatory compliance, and UK-based engineering.
What "authentic" means
There are copies of the hexagonal cover form factor on the market. They are not the same. The original patented self-ballasting design has documented wind resistance, lifecycle validation, and certification history that copies do not.
